Ji Chen, 30, of Flushing, Queens, was arrested by Nassau County Police for allegedly offering unauthorized massage services at a North Bellmore spa. After her arrest, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents took her into custody for immigration-related proceedings.

NORTH BELLMORE, N.Y. – The Nassau County Police Department’s Narcotics/Vice Squad has arrested Ji Chen, 30, of Flushing, Queens, following an investigation into illegal activity at King Foot Spa, located at 2785 Jerusalem Avenue in North Bellmore.

According to detectives, the investigation took place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at approximately 3:05 p.m. and determined that unauthorized massage services were being offered at the establishment.

Chen was taken into custody without incident and charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession. She was later released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

Further investigation revealed that Chen is unlawfully present in the United States and is now subject to removal proceedings. Following her arrest, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents assumed custody of the defendant.
