Southampton History Museum
The Southampton History Museum preserves and interprets more than 380 years of history on Long Island‘s East End. Based in Southampton Village, the museum operates several historic buildings, collections, exhibitions, educational programs, and special events that showcase the area’s colonial settlement, maritime traditions, agriculture, architecture, military service, and community life. Museum Campus
The museum’s primary campus is centered around the historic Rogers Mansion complex on Meeting House Lane in Southampton Village. Several preserved buildings, exhibition spaces, gardens, and research collections help tell the story of Southampton from its earliest colonial settlement through the modern era.
