Brady Park is a community recreation area in Massapequa Park, offering sports facilities, playground space, picnic areas and community amenities for village residents and visitors. Located along Lake Shore Drive, the park serves as an important recreational and gathering place within the Incorporated Village of Massapequa Park.

The park includes a baseball field, playground, basketball and pickleball facilities, along with areas for bocce, shuffleboard and horseshoes. Picnic facilities provide space for outdoor gatherings, although reservations and certain activities are subject to Village rules and permit requirements. The Village has continued to invest in improvements at Brady Park, including upgrades to its playground and recreational facilities.

Brady Park is also home to the Massapequa Park Senior Center, located at 1000 Lake Shore Drive. The center offers activities for residents age 55 and older, including card games, bingo, mahjong, fitness classes, billiards, darts, crocheting and a book club.

Beyond everyday recreation, Brady Park plays a role in village traditions and community events. The park has hosted the Village’s annual Earth Day activities and Breakfast in the Park, and it serves as the location for the memorial service concluding the annual Memorial Day Parade. Memorial bricks honoring individuals and families can also be found in areas of the park.

Visitors should be aware that some park facilities and reserved picnic areas operate under Village regulations. Picnic reservations are limited to eligible Village residents, groups and organizations, and alcohol, food trucks, inflatable structures and mechanical rides are prohibited in reserved picnic areas.
