BELLMORE, NY – The Nassau County First Squad today reported the arrest of a Bellmore woman in connection with an incident that occurred on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m., in Bellmore.

According to detectives, a female victim reported that her debit and credit cards were stolen after she left them inside a locker at Crunch Fitness, located at 2212 Centre Avenue. Investigators determined that the stolen cards were subsequently used to make multiple unauthorized transactions.

Following a thorough investigation, detectives arrested Angelique Gauthier, 19, of Newbridge Road, on Sunday, December 21, 2025, in connection with the theft and fraudulent use of the victim’s financial information.

Gauthier is charged with:

  • Two counts of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree
  • Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree
  • Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree
  • Two counts of Identity Theft in the Third Degree
  • Two counts of Unlawful Possession of Personal Identification in the Third Degree

The defendant was scheduled to be arraigned on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at First District Court, located at 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
