According to detectives, an investigation was conducted at H & Q Foot Care, located at 4294 Hicksville Road. Authorities allege that illegal massage services were being performed at the location.
Ying Zhou, 49, of Flushing, was taken into custody without incident.

- Prostitution
She was issued an Appearance Ticket and released.
