Suffolk County Community College (SCCC), part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system, is the largest community college in New York State. Established in 1959, SUNY Suffolk serves more than 20,000 students each year across three campuses and two satellite centers throughout Suffolk County. Campuses & Locations

SCCC operates three main campuses, each offering unique programs and services:

  • Ammerman Campus (Selden, NY)
    The original and largest campus, located on 156 acres in Selden. Offers liberal arts, sciences, engineering, and career-oriented programs. Facilities include modern labs, a theater, and athletic fields.
  • Eastern Campus (Riverhead, NY)
    A 192-acre campus known for its scenic Pine Barrens setting. Offers programs in environmental science, liberal arts, and business. The Eastern Campus is home to the state-of-the-art Montaukett Learning Resource Center.
  • Michael J. Grant Campus (Brentwood, NY)
    A centrally located campus focusing on health sciences, business, and technology. Features include the Suffolk Federal Credit Union Arena and the Health, Sports, and Education Center.
  • Satellite Centers: Located in Sayville and downtown Riverhead, offering select academic programs and continuing education.
