The workers for the Long Island Rail Road were in our area working on the tracks with this very impressive machine called the Unimat. It is an automated machine that tamps the tracks and probably does tons of other thing too. Well, David loved watching it but I never had my camera to record it for him so he could watch it again. Lucky for him, we were detoured and just happened to get stuck right where they were working! A very lucky day for David!
