Can also be used as a topping for pound cake.1/2 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup orange juice concentrate2 tablespoons cornstarch3 cups fresh or frozen blueberriesIn a saucepan, combine sugar, orange juice concentrate and cornstarch; stir until smooth over low heat.
