 Cooking Lessons

Cooking lessons and cooking parties in your own kitchen are a great experience. Your cooking lesson is customized so you can learn exactly the type of cooking you want. Whether you would like to begin from scratch and learn cooking basics or want to expand your culinary knowledge, you can be sure to have fun and educational cooking experience.

 

Basic cooking classes include learning knife skills, kitchen safety, introductory recipes that are simple, healthful and tasty. Advanced cooking classes include learning a particular cuisine or cooking skill. All requests are considered.

 

You will decide upon your menu with the Chef Bill.  Once the menu has been decided Chef Bill will do the shopping in preparation for the lesson.

For each cooking lesson, you receive customized culinary lesson plan that includes the collection of recipes that will be taught.  All lessons are hands on in your kitchen with your own equipment.

 

Plan on spending about 2 or 3 hours per cooking lesson depending upon what kind of lesson is selected. Cooking lessons allow you to reserve a time that suits your schedule without the hassle of traveling to a cooking school. Personalized attention guarantees you will learn new cooking skills and get all your cooking questions answered.

Cooking lessons are scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.

 

What Can I Learn to Cook?

The question is, "What would you like to learn to cook?" The Culinary Sky is the limit! There are so many different cuisines. Below is a list of a few of the types of culinary styles taught? But these are just a sampling

 

If you've never cooked before, don't worry. Even beginner recipes are delicious and fun to cook! Recipes are customized to match your cooking skill level. So you will always have a great, tasty lesson. You will truly become a confident cook and will be able to make great meals on your own.
