Port Jefferson, NY 11777 A Little harbor village located on the Long Island Sound.

PT. Jefferson is located on the Long Island Sound in central Suffolk county New York. Home to the Port Jefferson - Bridgeport Ferry company. Operating with 3 large car carrying Ferry boats. The "Grand Republic", "Park City", and the "PT Barnum" each can carry upwards of 80 cars and their passengers. While Traveling the 1.5 hour ride across to Connecticut or back to Long Island you can sit in comfort in the passenger cabin, eat at the snack bar, or watch TV in the lounge. Bypass the traffic of the Throgsneck or Whitestone bridges and enjoy the view of the water from the outside upper deck. They offer casino cruises where for one price you leave your car behind and a bus meets you on the other side to take you to Foxwoods or Mohegan sun casinos.

Directions to Port Jefferson Village and Ferry: take Exit 64 on LIE(495) Route 112 north to the end. Harbor and Ferry will be directly in front of you. Parking at the Marina on is for Brookhaven residents all others can park behind the shops on either side of the street.
